Chitin

Chitin is the semi-transparent exoskeleton material that shrimps, crabs and other invertebrates make their bodies out of.

Chitin (C8H13O5N) is made up of calcium and a long-chain polymeric polysaccharide of beta-glucose using Carbon, Hydrogen and Nitrogen.
